The album was widely recognized as a masterpiece. Metal Hammer magazine named it “Album of the Year” at the Golden Gods Awards, and The Satanist ranked high in numerous decade-end lists.
Released by Mystic Production, Nuclear Blast, Metal Blade Records, Victor Entertainment, and EVP Recordings. The album became the biggest commercial and artistic success in the band’s career, receiving enthusiastic reviews worldwide, high rankings on the Billboard 200 in the US, and reaching No. 1 on the OLiS chart in Poland, where it went Gold. My work on this material contributed to the album winning the prestigious Fryderyk Award in the Album of the Year category and the title of Album of the Decade according to Loudwire.
